Easter Service: April, 20 ,2025

Palm Sunday April 19th, 9 am & 11 am  – The waving of the Palms and the Easter Story told through the music of the Harrisburg UMC Chancel Choir

Holy Thursday Worship April 17th 6:30 pm – a  time to remember the Last Supper, the final meal Jesus shared with his disciples before his crucifixion.  The service will include communion, the stripping of the Sanctuary and a tenebrea.  Tenebrae is the Latin word “darkness.  The tenebrea is a a gradual extinguishing of candles to total darkness.  

Sunrise Service & Flowering of the Cross  April 20, 6:45 am

We invite you to join us as a community of faithful people at 6:45 am Easter Morning to worship our resurrected Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We will gather in the Harrisburg United Methodist Grove, around a morning fire worshipping and experiencing the rising of the sun! 

If you are able please bring cut flowers for the flowering of the cross.
