Halloween Costume Drive What do you do with those old Halloween Costumes? The Children’s Council is starting now to collect new or gently used costumes for costume give away NEXT YEAR. You may drop off costume donations from Oct 15th - Nov. 12th. So start sorting through those Halloween Boxes to donate now or plan to donate this years costume.
