Laity Sunday, Oct. 20th

HUMC’s United Women in Faith will lead the complete worship service on Laity Sunday, October 20th, at both the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services.

Our Purpose:
“We are a community of women whose purpose is to know God and experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the Church.”

What We Do:
We are women with a purpose. “We connect and nurture women through Christian spiritual formation, leadership development, creative fellowship, and education.”

Join Us:
All women are invited to join this group. The Harrisburg United Women in Faith meet on the first Tuesday of each month. Bring your lunch at 12:30 p.m. for a time of chatting and catching up, followed by the meeting at 1 p.m.
