The Creative Curriculum for Early Childhood provides a basic structure for our program. Because we know that young children learn best through active interactions with their social and physical environment, the curriculum keeps the focus on the environment.
Our classrooms are organized into learning centers that include: blocks, manipulatives, art, dramatic play, sensory areas, movement/circle time, library corner, science and outdoors. Developmentally appropriate activities in the classroom promote fine and gross motor skills, intellectual, social/emotional, language and self-care development.
Our staff strive to promote the cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth goals of the students they teach.
