JOY Seniors (Just Older Youth)
Thursday October 3 at 1:30. JOY Seniors invite you to a “pot luck” luncheon. There’ll be a speaker will be from the Alzheimer Association. Topics: Keeping Your Home Safe from Falls and How to Recognize the Illness of Alzheimers.
The Joy Committee was delighted with our turn out at the Local 25 Restaurant. There were 24 of us out of 37 on our email list, Thanks to Dee Hillyer for presenting his faith story and a brief devotion.
Looking ahead to November’s activity will be a road trip to JARRS on November 7th. Watch for more details later.
